Ayurvedic cough care

Herbs and spices are used in Ayurveda according to their therapeutic actions through guna (quality), rasa (taste), virya (energy) and vipaka (post-digestive effect). The most spices have healing benefits such as enhance digestion, absorption and assimilation of food, improve appetite and elimination, create balance in doshas etc.

Let your kitchen be your pharmacy.
